Welcome to LuxDrive Rent A Car LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. LuxDrive reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website or directly with our team are subject to confirmation. Bookings are free of charge, and payment will only be required upon vehicle handover or as agreed during confirmation.

Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, customers must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age may vary by car type).
  • Hold a valid driving license recognized in the UAE.
  • Present a valid Emirates ID or passport with visa page.

Vehicle Usage

  • The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with UAE traffic laws.
  • The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
  • Any damage caused by misuse will be the renter’s responsibility.

Payment & Deposit

  • Payment is made upon vehicle delivery or collection.
  • A security deposit may be required depending on the car type, refundable after inspection and clearance of fines or violations.

Delivery & Collection

We offer door-to-door delivery and collection across Dubai. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with all documents and accessories intact.

Insurance & Liability

All LuxDrive vehicles are insured as per UAE regulations. However, insurance does not cover damages caused by negligence, driving under the influence, or unauthorized drivers.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be canceled free of charge prior to confirmation. Once confirmed, any cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Traffic Fines & Violations

All traffic fines, parking violations, and Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

Roadside Assistance

LuxDrive provides 24/7 roadside assistance across the UAE to ensure your safety and comfort during the rental period.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is securely stored and used only for booking confirmation and communication purposes. LuxDrive respects your privacy and never shares information with third parties without consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
